Our delivery fees are based on the price we pay the shipping provider. We always attempt to use the safest and most cost effective method of delivery taking into consideration the type of item ordered and the delivery location / address.
Domestic orders are dispatched by the Royal Mail 1st class recorded service. This service will require a signature upon delivery. You should expect to receive your order within 1 - 2 days of dispatch.
International orders are dispatched by the Royal Mail international signed for service. This requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times on international orders but as a guide customers should expect the following timescales:
Western Europe: 3 - 4 working days
Eastern Europe: 4 - 5 working days
USA: 7 - 10 working days
Australia / Asia / Rest Of World: 10 - 14 working days
Our aim is to deliver your purchase as soon as possible. If we, or the delivery service used, make no attempt to dispatch or contact you within 5 working days, after confirming your order for goods shown as "in stock", you are entitled to a full refund upon return of the goods.
If an order we have dispatched to you is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund the lost items at your preference, provided you cooperate fully with our efforts to claim for the loss from third parties. This may involve you having to complete forms and or sign statements regarding non-delivery of goods.
Orders which require customisation, such as engraving or tailoring alterations, may take longer to complete prior to dispatch, and so are not subject to the guide timelines indicated above. We will endeavour to complete these for you as soon as possible once we receive the order.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning goods for any reason so that we can advise on the best method of return and can arrange to make a refund or exchange.
If you return goods either because you have cancelled the order or the goods are incorrect or faulty please make sure that they are securly packed preferrably in the original packaging and you send them back using a "signed for" service so that we can avoid any problems resulting from loss or damage in transit.
