Domestic orders have the option to be dispatched by our standard service of Royal Mail which has a 2-3 day transit time, or DHL Express which is a next day fully tracked service.
International orders are dispatched by DHL Express and almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-2 day transit time (Australia 3 days).
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking websitehttp://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process. In addition you are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;
Orders which require customisation, such as engraving or tailoring alterations, may take longer to complete prior to dispatch, and so are not subject to the guide timelines indicated above. We will endeavour to complete these for you as soon as possible once we receive the order.
Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org returning goods for any reason so that we can advise on the best method of return and can arrange to make a refund or exchange.
If you return goods either because you have cancelled the order or the goods are incorrect or faulty please make sure that they are securely packed preferably in the original packaging and you send them back using a "signed for" service so that we can avoid any problems resulting from loss or damage in transit.
