VAT, DUTIES AND TAXES

All orders placed for delivery in the UK are subject to 20% VAT. For customers outside of the UK, please note that the listed prices do not include this UK sales tax. However, you may be liable for your country’s own import duties and taxes. Any such charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These costs are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for their administration.

Domestic orders have the option to be dispatched by the following methods, shown with approximate timescales in working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2 days

DHL Courier – 1 day

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

International orders have the option to be dispatched by the following methods, shown with approximate timescales in working days.

Royal Mail International – 2 to 10 days

RETURNING GOODS

UK Customers

We are able to offer a free Royal Mail returns service for orders being returned within the UK. To make use of this please use the following instructions.

  • Go to the Royal Mail online returns portal using the link below:
  • https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return?iid=HP_M3_2_RETURNS
  • In the search retailer box please enter our returns service provider ‘CF Returns Service’
  • Fill out the information requested being sure to enter your correct order number. Under return reason please enter ‘REFUND’.
  • Follow the instructions shown to generate your returns label or QR code. 
  • As soon as we receive your item back we will issue a refund

International Customers

For orders being sent back to the UK from overseas we are unable to offer a free returns service. Please send your package back to our returns service provider at the following address:

If you have any queries about the process please contact us at enquiries@bensonandclegg.com before returning goods so that we can advise accordingly. If you are outside of the 28 day window please contact us.

If you return goods either because you have cancelled the order or the goods are incorrect or faulty please make sure that they are securely packed preferably in the original packaging and you send them back using a "signed for" service so that we can avoid any problems resulting from loss or damage in transit.

Our Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS

Orders which require customisation, such as engraving, may take longer to complete prior to dispatch, and so are not subject to the guide timelines indicated above. We will endeavour to complete these for you as soon as possible once we receive the order.
