Returns & Refunds Policy

At Benson & Clegg, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within 31 days of receipt. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.

UK Customers – Free Returns

We offer a free Royal Mail returns service for all orders returned within the UK.

How to return an item:

• Go to the Royal Mail Returns Portal
• Select our provider: CF Returns Service
• Enter your order number and choose 'REFUND' as the reason
• Generate your free label or QR code
• Pack your items securely in their original packaging
• Drop your parcel at any Post Office or Royal Mail location

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return
• We also refund the original standard delivery cost
• If your item is faulty or incorrect, we cover all return costs

International Customers

We are unable to offer free returns outside the UK. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Important notes:

• Use a tracked or signed-for service to ensure safe delivery
• Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of receipt
• Import duties and taxes on international orders are paid to customs on your behalf when your order is dispatched. We will always try to recover these on returned items; where we are able to, we will include them in your refund. Where they cannot be recovered, your refund will cover the value of your items and will not include these charges.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All labels, presentation boxes, and accessories must be included
• Personalised, bespoke, or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Sale items are final sale and are not covered by our 31-day returns promise. Your 14-day legal right to cancel still applies

Cancellations & Faulty Goods

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
• If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
