The coarse weave blazer button takes its pattern from traditional basketweave, with bold interlaced bands of fine parallel lines worked across the face. The deep, regular texture catches the light from every angle, giving the gold plated finish real depth and character. It is a versatile design that suits navy blazers, sports jackets and country tailoring alike, adding interest without relying on a crest or motif. It is made following methods established in the 18th century. Made in England with a gold plated finish, the button is available in two sizes: large (2.0cm) for the front of a jacket and small (1.5cm) for the cuffs. Individual buttons are supplied loose, ideal for replacing a lost button or completing a set.
