Polished black onyx is finished with a solid 18ct gold stitch detail, setting the warmth of gold against the depth of the stone. The 18ct gold, three-quarters pure, has a richness of colour that lower carats cannot match. The onyx is inlaid on both front and back faces, and a swivel fitting passes easily through a double cuff.
Each pair is made by hand in a Yorkshire workshop from sterling silver and hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.
